Peu de peau (which means a little bit of skin in French. Oui, Tim speaks French) is a 2,5 weeks maceration sauvignon blanc. There's a bit more than a little bit of skin on this one, and it's great. A lot of tropical fruits, with a dry backbone and lovely spices. Yum town.
