There’s around and about a week or so skin contact for this wine. It delivers some pretty high and mighty floral aromas with preserved citrus, lychee and green apple whiffs around it. Quite distinctly textural in the palate, fine, lacy, bergamot tea tannins lending grip to the fruity, green apple fruit flavours laced with sweet spice and green herbs. Refreshing, while being interesting. Nicely done from this relatively new and intriguing producer.
