From the progenitors of New Zealand biodynamics comes the 2017 field blend, Libiamo. This is a true ‘field blend’ (grown together, harvested together & fermented together.) Viognier, muscat à petits rain and marsanne. This wine is super aromatic, heaps of florals, lychee and grapefruit notes leap out to greet you and pull you in. 200 days on skins this wine is flavour full, wonderfully vivid, dried apricots, lemon peel, tinned peaches. Mouth-watering deliciousness, good for drinking. Full stop.
