Not much to say about this really, pinot gris from our grower down the road. Ferment on skins then left for anther two weeks on skins before being pressed straight to old 500L puncheons. Bottled unfined or filtered with no additions.
Strawberries and cream are the go. A bit darker in colour this year due to picking it a bit later because of weather. Really juicy with hints of musk lollies and dried orange peel. Drink it cold….and fast! - Thanks Joe
