From organic vines in the wonderful Swan Vally of Western Australia. This is all lemony tang, sizzling with saline acidity, has great hazy texture, feels somewhere between cloudy apple juice and Real Lemonade but heaps better, dry, refreshing and just so darn good. Chenin blanc done so very well.
