Poor old savvy B often gets a bad rap. This wine is a fine example of why you should leave your preconceived notions of this varietal at the door and give it another go. Racy and lean with fresh pineapple, lemon zest and a whisper of anise. Tense, precise and zippy but most of all, refreshing. If this wine was a person it would give you a cheeky wink from across a crowded party. Just in time for warmer days !
