Swan Valley chenin grown righteously and made righteously by the wonderfully talented Tom Daniels of Chouette. Simple, minimalist wine making, a squish of skin contact, pressed to old oak, away we go. This is wildly delicious stuff; scents of sea spray, green apple, preserved lemon and flavours similarly characterised. It's refreshing but has that beautiful hazy texture and cool acid zing. A little wild streak, that cloudy vibe in the glass. Ripper summer drinking.
