Mother and daughter winemaking team, live in Gavi, they make two wines. This is the ‘classico’, organically farmed.
Fresh cut nectarine, green pear, whiffs of marzipan faintly there too. Lots of perfume. Juicy in the palate, ultra-refreshing, clean and clear, a little glide of tacky-textured tannin perhaps, but pefect in the flow of the things. Finishes soft, pear-like and barely there kissed by nuttiness. How lovely.
