Another gem out of the biodynamic Sorrenberg stable. Majority of this wine is sauvignon blanc, to which has 8 hours of skin contact unlike the semillon portion, which is straight pressed. All of this wine is fermented in barrel by wild yeasts and is given extended lees contact. You are left with a wine with subtle aromas of passionfruit and citrus, met with a lime and gooseberry flavoured creamy palate. Like the Gamay, you will be rewarded if you give this wine a little age. But if you are like us, just go for it now.
