Dja Dja Wurrung Country
The riesling is skin fermented, the chardonnay and sauvignon blanc direct pressed. When blended we get an orange wine? A textural white? Something between the two? Anyway, these grower-producers who worked alongside Owen Latta (Latta Vino, Eastern Peake) are doing magnificent things, forging ahead with premium wine from organic sources in Central Vic. This is bright with flavours but distinctly creamy and chewy in texture. A beautiful wine emerges.
