Sébastien Châtillon, former head somm of Le Chateaubriand in Paris has walked many paths in life. He sold candy, worked in stables, led rock bands and has now settled on the vigneron life. After four years learning with René Mosse in Anjou, he started Ad Vinum in 2016.
Les Amants Maudits is grenache with ugni blanc, aged on gewurztraminer lees and one hell of a red! Organic fruit, zero additions, nothing taken away and old oak ageing.
