A killer wine here. From fruit grown in cool Yarra Valley, this wine was produced by couple of superstar chefs who know their way around sustainability, flavour and general good times. It's a textural white of zingy, lemony intensity and a sense of 'minerality', but the main thing is it drinks a charm and generally does a very good job of refreshment. It's cloudy, skinsy, wild-edged and downright enjoyable stuff. Dig in.
