From Piccadilly vineyards in Adelaide Hills. This wine was fermented in 3 distinct variations... 100% destemmed, 100% whole bunch, and 100% carbonic maceration. Each individual fermentation was aged separately in old Barriques before blending just prior to bottling. When you pop the cork this wine shows a little reductive funk... but a good swirl in the glass [or decanter] and the wine blossoms. Red cherries, raspberries and florals supported by the more savoury, earthy whole bunch characters. Brisk acidity keeping you wanting for more.
