Very sour green apple, delicious and refreshing, some light nougat and blanched almond characters, creamy in the finish but that jolt of jagged, electric acidity takes that to task. Citrusy-yeasty characters dominate, and, in the end, the name ‘Farmer’s Fizz’ seems apt for this charming but rustic sparkling. - The Wine Front
