Ethereal light red drinking with great purity is pretty much what got us into this whole wine thing. We slurped our way through ‘Aussie Reds’ to our very first pretty, light and slippery red from that place in eastern France… the question was asked, ‘Can we Just drink wine like this from now on?’ And the journey began. It’s the wine we’ve been trying to create since day one. With a few half successes and more than a few failures, we’re confident in saying this nails our initial wide-eyed brief. Crunchy and lifted, chuck it in an ice bucket and turn off your brain. Life is hard enough. - Mark and Alecia
