Germany and its rieslings can be super intimidating. Many different styles, many different soils, sometimes wild use of sulphur... Well, Daniel and Jonas Brand are making this whole schebang much less scary. First, making wine is in their blood, fifth generation winemakers, they took over the family vineyard in 2014. And turning the vineyard to organic practices was the first goal they set. Their wines are pure, fresh and usually without any sulphur added. This one sees a tiny bit of sulphur, as it is their entry level wine. But damn it's such a great drop. Banging acidity, minerality to the roof... Once you taste this wine, you want to go for their higher quality cuvees. Like 2 minutes after you finish the bottle.
