Started by Christophe and Barbara, who draw on wide and varied experience in the restaurant industry, wine importing, and even ballet, the brewery opened its doors in 2013. They are committed to using only the highest-quality ingredients and the water sourced from the bowels of Mount Blanc. All beers are certified organic by Nature & Progres in France.

This is one of the beers from the Special range. This blonde was co-fermented with Ganevat savagnin lees and aged in Ganevat barrels. A once in a lifetime kinda beer.
