The south of France delivers some extra bandwidth and flavour to chardonnay but doesn’t forget to be refreshing and interesting on the way through. Stone fruits, just-ripe pineapple, a little gloss of nougat and almond savouriness alongside. It feels super gluggable and fun to drink. Chill really well and rip the top off and get stuck in.
