Bruno Lafon Les Fleurs Blanc 2023

Bruno Lafon is renowned for his fine wine paradigm chardonnay which unusually comes from the south of France. Though, here, the wine caught our eye for its seaside white credentials, all crunch and chalk to texture, sea spray characters, fresh lime, green apple, a touch of nashi pear and tonic water character. It is utterly delicious, gently savoury with a nutty undertow, but all about its wild drinkability. What a coup this is!
