Yuri Zinenko crafts these small-batch beauties (and letterpresses the labels by hand!) in Keilor, just outside of Melbourne. This here is 100% syrah, picked early to keep things bright, tart and fresh. It’s gently macerated and aged in old oak for eight months on lees. Yuri describes the wine as “dry, broad strawberry muesli”. Sounds pretty good, tastes even better. Rosé all day, baby!
