Catherine Riss De Gres ou de Force Riesling 2023

A tearaway producer that landed in 2012 after time elsewhere learning, though a family history ties Catherine Riss to the region of Alsace. Au naturale, holistic farming, organic, no additions. 

From the sandstone (gréseux) and permeable, windy and airy, high slopes of Reichsfeld, comes this delightful Riesling. It has been aged on the lees in barriques for 11 months, before bottling.
