This is pinot auxerrois and sylvaner. Alsace getting some mojo back? Organic/natural producer of note here. A family of restaurateurs around the area, Catherine did her winemaking apprenticeship in Burgundy, and moved back to Alsace to help out Chapoutier in the area, then in 2012 got some land and the solo winemaking project took off.
