The pinot lends lots of red berry character to the mix, which is underlined by citrusy richness, toastiness and some mineral detail around the edges. On the fresher, more aperitif-style side of things, but with enough of a biscuity backbeat and swirly orchard fruit aromas to make it feel like something more. Get into the groove!
