Champagne Jean Paul Deville Revelatio Extra Brut VN

As the name says, a Revalatio(n!). Well, of course we had to go there. Classic lines here, fresh and frisky, saline minerality in a course of green apple, toasty, sweet spice, nougat and brioche with a squeeze of pink graperfruit juice through the finish. Well balanced, serious Champagne from a great producer who knows how to marry freshness, flavour and character. Class act.
