For many years, Valerie’s family were growers and selling their grapes to the local co-op or negociants. In 2000, she opted to farm organically and in 2007 produced her first cuvee.
This release was discorged in December 2021 and made from 2019 vintage. 100% single vineyard pinot noir. Savoury, red fruit and toasted apple with acidity for days.
