The nose is super fresh and mineral. Think fresh shucked oysters followed by barn yard funk and of course sour red fruit. The palate is super bright and fresh. Small red berries, sour cherry, fresh minerality, aniseed and an amaro bitterness. Smooth silky tannin. And then oysters again.
It’s delicious and Marcus very much enjoyed it!
