Picked earlyish, left on skins for two days, fermented au naturale and left in barrel on lees for 11 months. Bottled. Great stuff.
Big perfume of rose hip tea, cranberry, dried leaves. Really appealling whiffs. Crisp, taut and thirst-crushing feel. Gentle rose hip tea flavours, fine and faint weave of silty tannins, refreshing, crunchy, cranberry acidity and a starburst of minerally tang to close. Super drink. - The Wine Front
