Biodynamic, skin-contact albana, grechetto gentile and montuni from Emilia-Romagna. As with everything from this producer, this one is unfined, unfiltered with no sulphur. Albana sees whole cluster fermentation and extended skin contact in steel which give this wine that rasp of tannin, balanced crunchy acidity while the grechetto and montuni add that bit of perfumed lift. An absolute pleasure to drink. Perfect to devour alongside a seafood platter... seafood pasta? Yes.
