Riesling with botanicals (lemon, aniseed, cinnamon myrtles, with pepperberry, native wild limes, finger limes in the mix) macerated in the fermenting barrels.
So fragrant, tonic-like in a way, with an exotic array of herb, spice, citrus scents, elevated and pretty, detailed and fascinating. The palate does a similar trick, so complex and yet so very invigorating to drink. Complexity is written into the wine, so is incredibly high refreshment factor. Superb wine/aromatised wine. - Mike Bennie, The Wine Front
