Viogner with a touch of clairette.
While quite rich, oily and concentrated there’s this incredible lift and freshness here. Quince paste, mandarin jelly, honeysuckle liquid, key lime pie. Long, silky, flowing, delightful and so wonderfully appealing and approachable. I really, really like drinking this. It’s best not quite cold and probably alongside something game bird meat, fondue-esque or with richer seafood dishes.
