Marco Buratti makes wine from his vineyards that occupy over two hectares of vines right on the Colli Euganei National Park. Everything is worked by hand, without the use of chemicals. This is sauvignon blanc, but not as you know it. Two weeks on skins in concrete vats make this so lithe, fresh and clean without the trappings of passionfruit, grass or gooseberry. Lack of fining and filtering adds texture to the luscious layers of citrus that make this a pure joy to drink.
