Bob Colman sources his organically grown fruit from neighbouring growing regions Orange & Mudgee. This bright little number is chardonnay, riesling & sauvignon blanc all fermented separately. Then the chardonnay and riesling parts spend about seven months together in old oak before blending with the sauvignon for bottling. Bob meticulously follows the nothing added, nothing taken away policy with all of his refreshing wines. Lemon & white flowers y'know!
