A relatively new label here from a place called Florida, of all things, in Bio Bio region of Chile. This is made from the aromatic grape variety called moscatel de Alejandra. About 15 days on skins through ferment then the juice is run out and no pressing occurs.
Fresh scented, pure and floral, lifted on appley notes, touches of dried citrus and a strong lemon balm whiff included. Juicy in the palate with a frisky tang and zing of amaro-herbal acidity. Vermouth and tonic water characters – so fresh and lively. Delicious drinking! So vivacious. - Mike Bennie, WineFront
