The second instalment of The Wolf Release, Four ex-whisky casks from Lark were selected and sent across the Bass to Wolf of the Willows brewery in Melbourne, where they were filled with their Imperial Smoked porter for ageing. Once the beer was ready and barrels emptied they were then returned and refilled with single malt whisky which was left to mature.
Bold, powerful and present at 54%, smoked porter, chocolate, orange, caramel and buttery shortbread abound. Only 687 bottles made!
