Known as the land of the ninja since ancient times. Mie is also home to the Moriki Shuzo brewery. Rumiko Moriki is the fourth generation of her family to own the brewery and be Toji there.
Suppin Rumiko no Sake: Kimoto is brewed with Yamada Nischiki and Hattan Nishiki rice using the traditional Kimoto started method. Brewed in 2016 this sake has been carefully ageing in the brewery until now. Showings beautiful complexity and balance with a long savoury palate.
