The amazing Zibibbo grape, also known as Muscat de Alexandria, is organically grown in marsala, western Sicily. The COS windery dates back to the 1880's and has been farmed organically since the 1980's. This wine is fermented on skins in terracotta amphorae buried underground, giving this wine a beautifully aromatic nose. Structured notes of citrus zest, orange blossom and a mineral chalky texture. Drink this with some seafood!
