The prettiest pink cinsault rose from Fred - grapes are grown in clay and limestone in Vaison-la-Romaine, Vaucluse (yes !
Provence !), and hang out in steel for a bit. What emerges is a light, pale, bubblegum scented pink thing that tastes like green apple lollies, raspberries and watermelon with a big twist of lime juice. Definitely delicious paired with a sunset.
