COZs vp-Vital 2022

COZ (pronounced Kosh) is made up of two of Portugal's most prominent wine makers. They have joined forces to make wine in Serra de Montejunto, one of Portugals less sort after wine regions. Their mission.....to make awesome wine and change the perception of local producers so more will gravitate to the small wine region on the outskirts of Lisbon.

Here we have 100% vital that sees two days skin maceration. Vital is richly aromatic, possible even related to malvasia. The resulting wine is perfumed with an abundance of saline, citrus notes and a lovely chewy pucker. Feels like being on holidays!
