Another wonderful addition to the wonderful whiskies that Australians are producing, this one coming from Capertee, NSW. Made from new make spirit and aged in heavily charred 100 litre ex-bourbon cask, fairly young but peat for days and at 53.8% she is full with good length. Fun in playful just like the name!
