Totally viognier, but 50% is fermented on skins and the other 50% is fermented without. Three years ageing and the result is one heck of a ride. Grabbing your attention with warm mango, nutmeg and clove notes. Grippy tannins and ginger spice keep you engaged and make your mouth water. Flavours linger in the most mouth watering way.
