Another Oslavian grand master of wine, Dario Prinčič has ten hectares of densely planted vineyards, with the majority of the vines enjoying a southeastern exposure. Because the land is very steep, and the soil is composed of clay and sandstone, everything is done by hand.
This is 100% ribolla gialla, and does a 20 day maceration. Aged for 30 months in oak and 3 months in steel before bottling - unfined and unfiltered. Get ready for roasted almond, apricot, sweet spices, herbaceous notes and richness perfectly balanced with licks of minerality. Not to be missed.
