Buoyant stone fruit scents, a bit of floral perfume, beeswax and honeycomb. Caramel, golden sultanas. Nutty detail in spades, too – marzipan, almond meal, hazelnut skins, toasted walnuts. So much going on. A wine you really want to sit with, think about in depth and keep revisiting over and over. Buckle up!
