Peter Gierszewski was a wine merchant prior to beginning Domaine de Thalie in 2009. Located in the town of Bray, up in the hills above Cluny, the estate now consists of 5.5 hectares. Les Cosmics is 100% aligote from limestone clay soils, direct pressed, elevage in tank and old barrels. Purity of fruit on the nose into lemon balm. Layered, saline and mineral.
