Frederic Giachino has been producing wines in the Savoie for nearly 20 years, and organically so for half that time. Rich, unique limestone and marl soils inform this jacquère, an indigenous white varietal marked by bursts of lemon, green apple, beeswax, lychee. Dry, crisp, yet very fragrant with alpine minerality, tight acid and rounded layers of viscosity. Don't overthink it - just drink it. Easy.
