Domaine Henry Fuchs Les P'tits Cailloux 2023

Muscat, riesling, pinot gris and pinot blanc is the mix. Blended after ferment. Intriguing organic/biodynamic producer with a series riff of grand cru sites. 

It’s at near bone dry but of course the floral, sweet perfume is a chicane for some. Touches of lychee add to that, some passionfruit and then the pleasing scents of talc, warm river pebble and hay. Slippery texture, a cool, almost alpine river feel to minerality. Clean, bright and so delicious. So pure. Beauty. - The Wine Front
