Heavenly aromas, just with more depth than in previous years. More extraction, but carefully managed, and pleasantly surprising. Fresh on the palate, it is extremely juicy and palate staining. There is plenty of depth and power, carefully harnessed by the delightful acidity which pulls it all into place. Tiny gas bubbles for the lift, creating that energy sensation with extra freshness. Steam roller of juicy goodness blasting through, get prepared and lookout! Full mid palate, with a beautiful tartness on the finish. Fine tannins and limestone freshness lingers.
