Domaine Ludovic Bonnardot Bourgogne Sur Le Bois Aligote 2020

There's something about aligote that really gets us going - we can't see to get enough (for the shelves as well as our home fridges). This is in the typical mode of the variety, crisp/crunchy texture, lime meets tonic water characters, distinct minerally charm, very refreshing and with a touch of nutty savouriness in tow. It's bright, briny, a bit interesting, a lot great to drink. Thank you.
