Domaine Olivier Morin Bourgogne Aligote 2022

Oliver Morin seems to deliver classic lines with a touch of x-factor for good measure. Here a saline-minerality driven aligote with layers of green apple, just-ripe nectarine, lime, gingery spice, some almond savoury elements. A little plush and a sense of concentration here too. The wine ends up being medium bodied yet flavoursome and then very refreshing. Classy stuff, classic stuff, excellent stuff.
