The 2017 MV is from 40 year old vines, bottled in March of 2019 (two years after harvest) and aged in tank.
Zippy acids juxtaposed with a succulent mouth feel - taught with tension, balance and shapely texture. A big squeeze of lemon onto a freshly shucked oyster, it's almost achingly refreshing, like dunking your head in a lush lemony ocean.
