This vintage of PF is all waxy citrus skins, marchpane, and honeyed white florals. A textural white that sits in the medium to full bodied arena, with a lean and consistent through-line of acidity that remains zingy and fresh even after a (recommended) cellaring of up to 20 years. Like we said. Nothing regular here.
